Road to Success Management today proudly acknowledges the announcement that rising talent Mari Boya will compete in the 2026 FIA Formula 2 Championship with PREMA Racing, marking a major progression in his motorsport career.

The Spanish driver, a standout performer throughout the 2025 season, earned a reputation for consistency and pace as he secured multiple podiums — including victory in the Silverstone Feature Race — and finished third in the FIA Formula 3 Championship standings before adding a runner-up result at the Macau Grand Prix.
This next step into Formula 2 represents a significant milestone on Boya’s development pathway toward the highest levels of single-seater racing — a journey that began in karting and has accelerated through commitment, performance and professional growth. Road to Success recognises Boya’s achievement as a testament to his talent and relentless work ethic at every level of competition.
PREMA Racing’s announcement confirms Boya’s rookie campaign in the FIA Formula 2 Championship, where he will join one of the sport’s most successful and respected teams for the 2026 season.
This announcement further underscores Road to Success’s mission to support emerging drivers as they transition from junior categories to elite levels of motorsport, both on and off track.
"Super excited about joining PREMA for my rookie FIA Formula 2 season,” said Boya. “Really eager to start working with the team. I feel I have a great opportunity, and I'm looking forward to seeing how things go. “I'm particularly happy to have longer races than in F3, which I really like, and also pit-stops and tyre deg to deal with. Let's hope for a good season."
PREMA Racing Team Principal Rene Rosin also said: "We are happy to welcome Mari to the team. If we look at his career, we see a strong progression, and in addition to his speed skills, we know he is a smart and hard-working driver. We are looking forward to seeing how these skills will mix with the team, and we are confident he will continue his form to bring home positive results."
