Road to Success is proud to announce that rising star Kaylee Countryman has secured a seat in the 2026 F1 Academy season with Haas-backed support, marking a significant milestone in her international racing development.

The 15-year-old American driver from Chandler, Arizona — who will turn 16 in January 2026 — will represent the Haas F1 Team on the F1 Academy grid in collaboration with ART Grand Prix, joining a select group of emerging talent competing on the global stage as part of the all-female open-wheel championship that travels alongside selected Formula 1 events.

Countryman’s journey from karting to single-seaters has been rapid and impressive. Starting in four-stroke karting just three years ago, she quickly progressed through competitive categories, earning multiple podiums and notable results across national events. Her 2025 campaign included strong performances in the USF Juniors Championship, competing in a highly competitive field and scoring several top-10 finishes, alongside selected appearances in the USF2000 Championship.

The opportunity to race in F1 Academy — alongside a parallel campaign in USF2000 — will accelerate Kaylee’s development both on and off the track, connecting her with world-class personnel and professional racing environments critical for her growth as a driver.

Road to Success Management celebrates Kaylee’s achievement and recognises her commitment, work ethic, and rapid progress through junior categories. Her selection further exemplifies the effectiveness of tailored driver development programs and RTS’s mission to support young drivers in accessing elite motorsport pathways.

“I’m so thrilled that I’ve been given this opportunity to represent Haas F1 Team and ART Grand Prix in the F1 ACADEMY for 2026,” said Countryman. “I look forward to taking another step in my career and learning to work in such a professional environment. “I’m particularly excited about the various circuits we’ll be visiting around the world and being part of all that F1 Academy represents. I enjoyed a productive test with ART Grand Prix and I’m keen to build on that foundation as we go racing in 2026.”

“We’re delighted to welcome Kaylee Countryman into the team to represent us in F1 ACADEMY from next season,” stated Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. “Her personality and passion for this sport are contagious, and we want to ensure she has everything she needs to flourish in F1 ACADEMY, whether that be access to our resources and personnel, or simply advice and guidance. “I believe together, we’ll achieve some exciting things on-track. I’m delighted Kaylee’s joined us, and we look forward to seeing her development as a driver in F1 ACADEMY.”
