Road to Success Management athlete Mari Boya delivered a statement performance at the Macau Grand Prix, one of motorsport’s most unforgiving stages, reinforcing his position as one of the standout young drivers progressing through the international single-seater ranks.

On the narrow, high-risk streets of the Guia Circuit, Boya ran at the front of the FIA Formula Regional World Cup field in a race defined by intensity, pressure and decisive moments. From the opening laps, he showed the composure and race intelligence required to compete at Macau — a circuit that exposes hesitation instantly and rewards commitment.

Boya was firmly embedded in the lead battle as the race unfolded, maintaining pace at the sharp end while others fell away. In a contest shaped by bold overtakes and pivotal incidents, he remained in control, executing under pressure and capitalising on opportunity as the race reached its decisive phase.

The performance capped another significant milestone in Boya’s rapid ascent and underlined the trajectory Road to Success has been building from karting through to the highest levels of junior single-seater racing. Competing — and excelling — on a circuit that has shaped the careers of Formula One greats is further proof of Boya’s readiness for the next stage.

Road to Success continues to focus on accelerating driver development on and off the track, preparing athletes not just to compete, but to perform when it matters most.
